No, and that’s not what the quote is saying at all. It’s speaking about the experiences of WOMEN, it even says “We learn, as girls and women, that the performance is more important than the actual feeling.” The point isn’t whether men have aspirations of pleasing women, the point is that women are socialized to put their performance above their pleasure.
